What to include
When contacting support, please include:
- Your full name.
- Your TeacherPortfolio account email.
- Your portfolio link, if available.
- A short description of the issue.
- For payment issues, the email used at checkout.
Payment or Pro Access Help
If your payment succeeded but Pro access did not appear, send us the checkout email and your account email. We will review your account and help restore access.
